Cairo – Alexandria (Desert Road), west along the Mediterranean coast past El Alamein to Marsa Matruh, then south on the desert road to Siwa. Checkpoints along the way check passports.
Can I break the trip?
Yes — combine Cairo → El Alamein or Alexandria with a night there, and continue the next day; ask us for the price of a 2-day version.
